Jeffrey was left along a busy highway by his owners, and luckily a nice person stopped to rescue him before he was hit by a car! He is a happy guy who is on the quiet, calm side for a young Lab mix. He is eager to please and just loves being with people. He's great with other dogs too. He's a bit on they shy side when you first meet him, but once he knows you're there to be his friend, he'll cover you with kisses!
